Sing to the Lord a new song. Sing to the Lord, all the whole earth!   – Psalm 96:1

Part of St. John’s worship includes praising God with music and song. Our 10:00am service includes a full music ministry with organ, piano, a volunteer choir, and the incorporation of other instruments such as clarinet. Occasionally a harpist supplements our offerings!  More information can be found below about our organ and carillon. If you would like to find out more or would like to join the choir or bring your instrumental skills, please contact our music director, Mr. Ron Gracilla. Our 8:00am service also incorporates instrumental music and solos, generally without congregational singing.

St. John’s Carrillon

St. John’s is blessed with a 35-bell Eijsbouts carillon that proclaims God’s praise throughout our neighborhood. This Carillon was given to the parish by the Mr. and Mrs. George Henderson Family in 1969.

In the past, parishioners from a variety of ages have learned to play the carillon and have performed on it regularly. Please contact our Music Director if you have an interest in learning to play this instrument.
